Senior Vice President – Kansas City
Bill spent over 20 years supporting commercial real estate investors with portfolio management, transaction management, and technology. Bill has negotiated over 850 commercial transactions in 49 US states and over 12 countries. Bill also served as lead operations manager in charge of leasing for the Properties Department at Cerner, a global healthcare/IT firm occupying over 8 million square feet.
Bill is involved in several commercial real estate trade groups including SIOR, CCIM (Past President of Kansas City Chapter), and CoreNet Global (Founder and Past President of Kansas City Chapter).
Bill holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance from The University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in English from The University of Kansas. Bill lives in Kansas City with his wife, Susan, and their three children.
Chairman & CEO
A serial entrepreneur since the age of 18, Brandon founded HailSolve in 2009 and is responsible for strategic direction, business development and new initiatives. Prior to HailSolve, Brandon created and managed several start up companies including a single-family residential rental business, water damage restoration firm, and a moving and storage company.
Brandon studied finance with an emphasis in real estate and previously held a real estate sales professional license in the State of Tennessee. He is currently involved in the commercial real estate sector as an investor and developer.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and music.
Senior Vice President – Louisville
Before coming to HailSolve, Brooks spent 13 years in institutional commercial real estate. This includes 3 years with Capstone Realty Advisors, a National City Bank subsidiary, procuring permanent financing with Life Companies, CMBS and agency lenders and 10 years as an investment broker with CBRE and Louisville, Kentucky based Hogan Real Estate.
A Louisville native, Brooks graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with a BA in Finance. He and his wife Sasha have two children, Chappell and Teddy.
Director of Project Management
During his time at HailSolve, Ches has managed projects ranging from 5 thousand to over 5 million square feet. Ches’s approach to project management focuses on collaboration and clarity. With a keen ability to identify and mitigate potential challenges, Ches and his team have been able to deliver restoration services that exceed customer expectations.
Ches has a BA from Mississippi State University. When not at HailSolve, Ches enjoys playing golf and tennis.
Director of Claims Management
Jacob is responsible for overseeing all claim related functions. These include historical weather research, building evaluations, communicating with insurance representatives, scope of loss determination, and training claim managers.
When not at HailSolve, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
Chief Financial Officer
James is a certified public accountant and brings extensive financial experience to HailSolve. His responsibilities include fiscal oversight and accounting processes and procedures. James also frequently collaborates with the executive team on financial and operational aspects of the business.
Prior to beginning his public accounting career, James served as an infantryman in the US Army. James has a BA in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
James is a diehard Braves fan and enjoys fishing, racquetball, golf and spending time with his wife, Jennifer and son, Beau.
Director of Marketing
Jered is the main creative force at HailSolve, creating new and engaging ways that clients can interact with and learn about the company’s solutions. Before coming to HailSolve, Jered spent 15 years building brands with major companies, specifically in the B2B space.
Jered holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and marketing certifications from the Wharton School of Business.
When not at work, he is an avid reader, music fan, and enjoys adventuring with his wife and two boys.
Director of Office Management
As HailSolve’s Director of Office Management, Jessica wears many hats. With more than 15 years of management and accounting experience, she supports our team, our clients and helps to encourage a positive and productive culture.
Jessica is a natural optimist, traveler and an obsessive creator.
A seasoned veteran of the insurance industry, Ricardo brings to HailSolve his extensive experience in building evaluations and identifying storm damage. Before HailSolve, Ricardo worked as a claims adjuster for major insurance companies Travelers and Allstate. Ricardo is certified in Xactimate estimating software and by the Federal Aviation Administration as an unmanned aircraft systems pilot for commercial drone use; specifically for building inspections.
Ricardo hold an MBA from the Keller School of Management and a BA from Purdue University.
In his spare time, Ricardo enjoys traveling with his wife, listening to live music, and staying active at the gym.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Shawn oversees HailSolve’s Operations and Sales activities. As one of HailSolve’s first employees, Shawn has been a major part in the organization’s tremendous growth over the years. Shawn has a mechanical and construction background with 17 years in the industry and holds HailSolve’s unlimited general contractor license in TN, GA, MS, AL, SC, and NC.
When not at HailSolve, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and two kids Charlotte and Caldwell.
Senior Vice President – Chicago
Before joining HailSolve, Stephen spent nearly two decades establishing himself as an executive in commercial real estate capital markets. During this period he has worked with the largest investment banks in the United States, closing in excess of 3 billion dollars in transactions.
Stephen has his BA in Business from the University of Minnesota. When away from the office, you can find Stephen traveling with his wife and four children.
Director of IT Management
Tony helps provide a cohesive operation of the team’s technology and security. With more than 30 years of IT experience, he provides a unique aspect to our team’s processes and procedures to ensure the team delivers the best service possible to our clients.
Outside of the office Tony enjoys country music, amusement parks and travel.
